Y STEP
A cardio workout for all levels, utilizing a variety of STEP aerobics moves using STEP Reebok bench and motivating music.
Low to Go
A class for all fitness levels that concentrates on fundamentals of step, low-impact aerobics and muscle conditioning. This is a great class for beginners.
Muscle Mix
Challenging weight training class targeted to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups including abdominals (no aerobics).
Y Yoga
Learn various posture breathing exercises and relaxation techniques while increasing flexibility and muscle tone.
Y Pilates
A Pilates mat workout that strengthens and tones core muscles, improves posture and provides flexibility and balance.
Y Cycle
Come join us for the ride of your life! These 60-minute indoor cycling classes will increase your cardiovascular fitness level, increase your strength, and shape you up as you enjoy the ride!
ZUMBA
A combination of Latin dance and other international dances such as Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Mambo and Samba. It is a dynamic, exciting, energetic aerobic workout ... and it’s easy to follow! Come join the Zumba fun!
