YMCA Water Aerobic Classes are designed for all levels and abilities. Instructors will provide needed modifications in order for you to adjust your workout and improve your health with the benefits of water. Aquatic training allows you to get a balanced workout that is easy on your joints and addresses the muscles that gravity assists on land. It is recommended to wear water shoes of tennis shoes while you workout.
Deep Water
This class is taught in the deep water with participants wearing a float belt. Participants should be able to dog paddle.

Aqua Tools
A shallow water cardio cass that uses a variety of tools to increase strength, balance and stability.
Tuesdays from 9:00-9:45 am
We will take a short summer break from Aqua Tools beginning Tuesday, June 1. This class will come back in September, so be sure to pick up the fall schedule around August 15.
Wavemakers
A beginner to intermediate intensity class that many of our seniors enjoy as well as members recuperating from surgery or injuries. Participants will have the option to use water dumbbells during this class.

Pump H2O
A shallow water class addressing cardio and strength work.
Thursdays from 9:00-9:45am
We will take a short summer break from the Thursday Pump H2O beginning Tuesday, June 1st. This class will return this fall.
Fridays from 9:00-9:45am
Arthritis Class
This is a class for people with arthritis and other joint trouble. All joints are moved through every range of motion. Cardio is address for a short period of time at a low intensity.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00-1:45pm

Splash
A deep water workout incorporating a variety of moves.
Thursdays from 7:15-8:00pm
SilverSplash®
Silver Splash utilizes the physical properties of water to enhance agility, range of motion, and cardiovascular conditioning. No swimming ability needed. This class will use the Silver Sneakers Kickboard.
Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays from 12:00-12:45pm
We will take a short summer break from the Monday/Friday Silver Splash classes beginning Tuesday, June 1. This class will return to the schedule this fall.
Aqua Zumba™
This class is the "pool party" workout for all ages. Instructors lead participants through safe, effective and challenging water-based workouts that integrate the Zumba™ formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness disciplines
Mondays from 7:15-8:00pm
This format will begin Monday, May 3.
