From traditional aerobic classes to Zumba, the YMCA offers a variety of classes to engage those who want to get their work out in a social, group format. Classes are listed below. Not all classes are available at all location.

Fit and Fabulous
For the beginner or anyone wanting a low intensity class. Great for new and returning exercisers. A good class for the young at heart.
YMCA Kickboxing is THE ultimate cardiovascular challenge, complete with a sport specific warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength and endurance training and a flowing cool down.
This barbell workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room inspired exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls.
This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you will strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
Interval style class that incorporates outdoor workouts and high intensity activities such as game play, calesthenics, cardio intervals, and resistance exercises. All levels are welcome.
A cardio workout for all levels, utilizing a variety of STEP aerobics moves using STEP Reebok bench and motivating music. This class will utilize two to four bench steps. A knowledge of basic step patterns is recommended.
A combination class of Yoga and Y Pilates.
willPower and Grace™
A cardio-sculpting class that is equipment free, barefoot, and infused with positive strengthening philosophy.
Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads thepack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, speed work, and interval training. Discover your athlete within-sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. This class is 50 minutes long.
Cardio and Strength
A fusion class that combines high intensity interval training with strength training.
A combination of Latin dance and other international dances such as Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Mambo and Samba. It is a dynamic, exciting, energetic aerobic workout...and it’s easy to follow! Come join the Zumba fun!
This class fuses the Zumba™ program’s exciting formula with age appropriate moves and sounds. This class is appropriate for families and youth ages 4-16.
Come join us for the best abs workout of your life! Our instructors will give you a great workout while teaching the art of belly dancing.
This class is especially for our senior population! Membership in Secure Horizons or AARP insurance program is preferred. Exercises include work for all major and minor muscle groups addressing strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, balance, coordination, agility, speed and power. A chair is provided if needed.
Cardio Circuit/SilverSneakers ll®
An advanced group exercise class designed for SilverSneakers students who have expressed a desire for more cardiovascular and muscular endurance conditioning and have experience with exercise activities requiring advanced levels of agility, balance and coordination.
Enjoy a gentle form of yoga that involves being in or around a chair.
