Personal training is an individualized one-on-one program with a certified personal trainer that is directed to assist you in achieving and maintaining a desired fitness level through strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and weight management. Whether you are looking to lose a few pounds, maintain, or even become a better athlete we have a trainer for you.
Personal Training Rates
$48 for one one hour session
3 Sessions: $135 ($45 a session)
6 Sessions: $258 ($43 a session)
12 Sessions: $504 ($42 a session)
Express Personal Training
You will receive the same benefits as our more traditional one hour personal training sessions, only in half the time!!
$30 for one thirty minute session
