You will receive the same benefits as our more traditional one hour personal training sessions, only in half the time!!

2015 FIT Camp
Introducing FIT CAMP at the Y! Beginning January 2015, Fit Camp combines classes with strength, endurance, and cardio training for a great workout in a fun group setting.
