Teen Leadership Camp (TLC) is a camp for teens where they can engage in a variety of activities that build their leadership skills. During the week, tenn campers participate in team-building activities and gain an understanding of behavior and rsik management, supervision, water safety, and project planning. Working with trained YMCA staff, teens lear effective methods for interactingw ith younger children. Each week has a unique focus and includes fun filed trips, swim days, and other teen-chosen activities.
