Group Exercise Classes

**Youth members ages 10 and older may participate in classes, with the exception of Body Pump, after completing the Youth and Teen Orientation. Participation is at instructor's discretion. Youth members may participate as long as they are dressed appropriately, can participate fully, and are not a distraction to other class participants.
Teen Wellness Orientations
Teen members ages 13-15 will participate in one to two one-hour educational sessions that will include training in nutrition, flexibility, cardiovascular exercise, and pin select equipment orientations. Students will know how to stretch properly, workout on select cardiovascular exercise, and pin select strength equipment.
All members ages 13-15 must complete this training course in order to use the equipment in the fitness center. Students should come to class prepared to do a short workout. This class is free to our members.
We recommend setting up an appointment with one of our Wellness Coaches to complete the orientation. Please see one of our member service staff to schedule your appointment.
