2012 Water Exercise Summer Schedule
2012 Summer Land Group Exercise Schedule
Teen members are welcome to participate in our Group Exercise Classes if they are appropriately dressed and able to complete the class without being disruptive to other members of the class. Teen members may participate in our Body Pump classes after they have completed the Teen Wellness Orientation.
Teen Wellness Orientations
Teen members ages 13-15 will participate in one to two one-hour educational sessions that will include training in nutrition, flexibility, cardiovascular exercise, and pin select equipment orientations. Students will know how to stretch properly, workout on select cardiovascular exercise, and pin select strength equipment.
All members ages 13-15 must complete this training course in order to use the equipment in the fitness center. Students should come to class prepared to do a short workout. This class is free to our members.
We recommend setting up an appointment with one of our Wellness Coaches to complete the orientation. Please see one of our member service staff to schedule your appointment.
