Youth members are permitted to attend classes with their parents/guardian provided that you are disruptive to the rest of the class. Teen members may participate in Body Pump classes after attending Youth/Teen Orientations.
Child's Play
Child's Play is for our youth members ages 4-12. Participants will be engaged in organized game play with a warm up and cool down during each session. Activities are chosen by our youth members and can include games such as: freeze tag, crab soccer, dodge ball, and kickball. This class is free to our members. Youth members should come to class dressed appropriately. No open-toed shoes, crocs, heely's, skirts, or flip flops will be allowed.
CPR/FIRST AID/AED – Stop by the front desk for information on our next available class. Minimum age to complete course is 15.
