Personal Training is one-on-one sessions with a fitness specialist or personal trainer. During these sessions, the trainer will personally assist you through your cardiovascular and strength training.

Another Instructor led training option is CrossFit. CrossFit is a constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement program. the exercises used help improve your individual ability to carry out activities in daily life. It is beneficial to groups of all ages (16yrs+) and can be adjusted for all fitness levels. Metabolic conditioning, Olympic lifting, and body weight strength training are the main focus of CrossFit.
