Personal Training is one-on-one sessions with a fitness specialist or personal trainer.  During these sessions, the trainer will personally assist you through your cardiovascular and strength training.

Personal Training packages

  • 10 sessions = $450 ($45/session)
  • 6 sessions = $300 ($50/session)
  • 3 sessions = $165 ($55/session)
  • 1 session = $60

1st session of 2010 6-week Bootcamp is starting on January 6th.  Registration for this session ends, Friday, January 1st. 

Boot Camp Session Rates:  $30/members or $160/future members

 

Another Instructor led training option is CrossFit.  CrossFit is a constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement program.  the exercises used help improve your individual ability to carry out activities in daily life.  It is beneficial to groups of all ages (16yrs+) and can be adjusted for all fitness levels.  Metabolic conditioning, Olympic lifting, and body weight strength training are the main focus of CrossFit. 

CrossFit Rates

  • Unlimited Monthly:  $50/member or $150/future member (all monthly fees due within first 7 days of the month!
  • Class by Class:  $15/member or $30/future member

*CrossFit requires 2 complimentary orientation sessions.

  • Monday:  11:30am, 12:30pm, 4:45pm, 5:45pm
  • Tuesday:  9:00am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 5:45pm
  • Wednesday:  9:00am (Beginner), 11:30am, 12:30pm, 4:45pm, 5:45pm
  • Thursday:  9:00am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 5:45pm
  • Friday:  11:30am, 12:30pm
  • Saturday:  10:00am (Advanced), 11:00am (Free Session for YMCA Plus Members)
  • **Please note:  Beginner CrossFit class does not follow the workout of the day.
