This clinic is perfect for those busy noon-time lap swimmers interested in a guided swimming workout focusing on stroke technique and mechanics to improve conditioning and endurance. Clinics will take place every Tuesday from 11:45a-12:30p. Sign up for the whole month (just $15 for 4 Tuesdays) or drop in when you can for a fee of just $5.
