Group Exercise Schedule - January 4, 2010
At the Amon G. Carter, Jr. Downtown YMCA, you can make Tuesday night a family fitness event. Your children attend our youth classes while you get in your own workout! At the end of class, children will be taken to Child Watch while you finish your workout.
