Improve muscular strength and endurance in just 60 minutes! Classes utilize hand weights and body weight for a total body workout. Burning 400-600 calories each class.
Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a standing circut workout. Upper-body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, head-to-toe stretching, and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.
A cardio workout for all levels, utilizing a variety of STEP aerobics moves using STEP Reebok bench and motivating music.
Young @ Heart
A lower intensity class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness through low impact moves, includes toning and a stretching segement. Appropriate for all fitness levels. No chair support during this class.
Come join the ride of your life! This non-impact endurance building class utilizes the stationary bike and will take you up hills and through exhiliartion drills. Water bottle and towel is a must!
Strengthen your mind, body and spirit as you lenghthen, tone, and relax your muscles. This class flows from one posture to another as you work on breathing techniques. Each class ends with relaxation.
This class is especially for our senior population! Membership in Pacificare insurance program is preferred. Exercises include work for all major and minor muscle groups addressing strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, balance, coordination, agility, speed and power. A chair is provided if needed.
Yoga Stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress and reduction and mental clarity.
