  • Wellness Consultation - a complimentary consultation with a Fitness Coach, to determine the best wellness program for each individual's needs.
  • FitStart - a complimentary 12-week program designed to educate you about fitness and to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.  It includes 5 sessions with a Fitness Coach to develop a cardiovascular program, weight/resistance training routines, motivation, and develop new friendships with the fitness staff.
  • Group Exercise Classes - a variety of instructor led exercise classes designed for all levels and abilities.  Instructors provide needed modifications in order for you to adjust your workout and improve your health.    Group Exercise Schedule  
  • Mobile Fit - MobileFit is a wellness system that provides adaptive workout plans based on member activity. The member registers at the kiosk, completes a wellness questionnaire, and is assigned to a trainer. The system prescribes a wellness plan based on the member’s goals, a customized inventory of the YMCA’s equipment/classes, and trainer recommendations. The workouts adapt and change as the member provides feedback on workouts completed. Members can log their progress through the kiosk, online, or at the service desk.
  • Personal Training - one-on-one (personal) sessions with a fitness specialist or personal trainer.  During these sessions, the trainer will personally assist you through your cardiovascular and strength training. Fee Based
  • Boot Camp - modeled after classic military-style boot camp, this class incorporates plyometrics, calisthenics, climbing, strength, core training, and speed/agility drills to improve muscular and cardiovascular endurance. Fee Based
