Our specialty day camp program inspires summer fun around a great theme! The Hood County YMCA will host five weeks of camp with one of the following themes: Martial Arts, Swimming, Soccer, Water Week (including a trip to Hurricane Harbor), and Building Fun (including a trip to Six Flags).

Monday – Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
YMCA SPECIALTY CAMP RATES:
Registration Fee - $35 (non-refundable)
Additional Children - $25 each
YMCA Members - $110/week
Non-Members - $125/week
*Field trips included in weekly cost.

Our camp travels Monday through Thursday to the Benbrook YMCA to participate in their outdoor camp experience. Our camp activities from 6:30-8:30 a.m. and 4:00-6:30 p.m. take place at the Hood County YMCA. On Fridays our campers will have a fun camp day at the Hood County YMCA! Our activites at te Benbrook YMCA will include fishing, gardening, hiking, games, arts & crafts, and swimming.
All field trips are included with the exception of Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. Each trip will be $25 per camper and will include lunch.
You will need to print off and complete the Registration Form to fully enroll your child in Summer Day Camp at the Hood County YMCA. Please bring the completed forms to the Hood County YMCA 7 days prior to your child's camp date.
