CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

AB ATTACK - A floor based class working core muscles. Class is 15 minutes.
YSTEP - Using a single bench, consists of basic step choreography. Warm-up and cool down included.
YFLEX - Total body workout designed to increase strength and flexibility using dumbbells, resistance tubes, etc.
YBOX - A combination of aerobics and martial arts using punch and kick choreography.
YCARDIO CLASSIC - A floor based class using traditional low impact choreography.
YPILATES - A non-impact program combining floor exercises, coupled with resistance bands and exercise designed to lengthen, strengthen, and tone all muscle groups.
SPEEDROUND - is a combination of dance, tae kwon do, boxing, tai’chi and kickboxing choreography. NEW!
WALK/JOG TEAM – Is a class designed to challenge the overall body and mind through aerobics exercise in walking and jogging. Come train for 5K and 10K 2.0-8 miles.
YOUTH YOGA – Is for ages 8-16 A safe class working on strength and stretching.
YOGA - Improves strength, sense of balance, flexibility, body mechanics and classical yoga poses which include vinyasa flow.
