The Silver Sneakers program is designed to increase strength, flexibility and endurance for senior adults – both those enrolled in Silver Sneakers through their insurance plans and YMCA members.

This class is especially for our senior population! Exercises include work for all major and minor muscle groups addressing strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, balance, coordination, agility, speed and power. A chair is provided if needed.
An advanced group exercise class designed for SilverSneakers students who have expressed a desire for more cardiovascular and muscular endurance conditioning and have experience with exercise activities requiring advanced levels of agility, balance and coordination.
