Personal Training  

This is where fitness gets personal – and so do the results!  Certified Personal Trainers will design and assist you in implementing a personal exercise plan.  Your program is based on your fitness level, schedule and personal goals.  A Personal Training session is 1 hour in length.

Carrie Steinke 

"My name is Carrie Steinke and I have been involved in fitness for 10 years. I grew up as an athlete, playing volleyball, basketball and softball and went all the way on to play college volleyball. I knew then and there that I wanted to stay involved in fitness/recreation/wellness so I received my degree in Exercise Science from Carroll College in Wisconsin. I have since worked in may aspects of fitness. I have worked in corporate wellness, small personal training studios, youth fitness and YMCAs.  I truly enjoy working with all types of people and fitness levels and aspire to get everyone involved in some sort of health and wellness routine to lead happy and healthy lives. My husband and I just recently moved here from Wisconsin so he can pursue his podiatry career and we are very excited to be in the Fort Worth community.  I look forward to meeting you all!"

Dina Antoline 

"My involvement with fitness began as a dancer at age 6 and progressed to dancing with a minor dance company in high school and in college dance performance group. In the 80's, I discovered a love for running, and I started running races in 1995. I have since run 5k, 10K, 15K, Half-Marathon, and 30K races and the Warrior Dash. I love weight training, which I have done for about 20 years and also love boxing.  I enjoy working out, reading, watching movies and spending time with my 3 children, dog, cat, snake, family and friends. I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, and enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience to assist others in becoming their fittest, strongest selves."

Lisa Mead 

"I am married, with two grown sons. I have been involved in fitness for over 30 years, which includes working in fitness clubs in Texas, West Virginia, and Illinois. I owned my own fitness and aerobics facility in South Texas. I have been certified as an aerobics instructor through ACE and AFAA and currently hold a Personal Trainer Certification through SCW Fitness Education. I have worked for the Fort Worth YMCA in several different capacities. I am certified in First Aid and CPR, and trained in MobileFit and FitStart through the YMCA.  My passion is to work with people of all ages and assist them to achieve their individual fitness and wellness goals. My years of experience and knowledge give me the tools to design a personal workout and nutritional program for my clients."
