SilverSneakers ® I
This class is especially for our senior population! Exercises include work for all major and minor muscle groups addressing strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, balance, coordination, agility, speed and power. A chair is provided if needed.
SilverSneakers ® II
An advanced group exercise class designed for SilverSneakers students who have expressed a desire for more cardiovascular and muscular endurance conditioning and have experience with exercise activities requiring advanced levels of agility, balance and coordination.

This class is for the beginner or anyone wanting a low impact, moderate intensity class. Y Basic Cardio moves utilizing low impact aerobics and/or the STEP, weights and stretching. Find the time you want on our GroupX Schedule.
