Group Exercise Schedule
Tweens & Teens Fitness Orientation- Set an appointment with one of friendly and professional Wellness Coaches. Each 30 minute appointment includes information about nutrition, gym etiquette, proper use of all cardio and strength equipment. Our curriculum is age appropriate and safe. We then provide a badge for your children to wear during their exercise to show they have taken the orientation.
To keep your children safe we require all children from 10 years old to 13 years old to go through this orientation before they are allowed to work out on the fitness floor. All children under the age of 14 need to be accompanied by an adult in the building.
