Come join us on Wednesdays at 9:15 am in Studio A for PILOXING
PILOXING is the first program that blends the muscle sculpting of standing Pilates, the strenghthening and cardio of boxing and the fun and sensuality of dance into a high energy interval workout.
NEW! Beginner Y-Step
Come join us on Fridays at 8:15 am in Studio B for Beginner Y-Step! This is a great beginner workout for those who would like to learn step. This class is a great cardio workout by using fun choreography on the step and motivating music!
