At the YMCA, we offer many opportunities for you to get in shape, feel your best and enrich your life. Group exercise classes, personal training and Life Changing Challenge are just a few of the ways the YMCA can help you achieve your fitness goals. We also offer CPR, First Aid and other classes designed to teach students how to recognize life-threatening emergencies, provide basic life support and obtain certification.
Life Changing Challenge
With the help of a certified YMCA Wellness Coach, you will establish your goals, track your results, earn points, build relationships and earn bonus rewards. Points can be earned by working out at any YMCA, taking a group exercise class, swimming, walking, jogging, enjoying your favorite sport, exercising on your own, attending appointments with your coach and MUCH more. The more you do, the quicker you accumulate point and the faster you receive bonus rewards. Our Y will help you stay accountable and motivated, remove barriers to success, achieve your results and change your life. Starting a new wellness routine is not easy, but the Y's Life Changing Challenge is here to simplify the process. Based on scientific research, this program incorporates goal setting, fitness nutrition into a 21-day program designed to help you achieve long-term results. Available for Y Members only.

Youth and Teen Fitness Program
This class is required for all children 10 - 14 years of age who desire to use our fitness center. Classes include proper nutrition, anatomy/physiology, as well as proper use of all cardio and strength training equipment. Our curriculum is age appropriate and safe. Learn new steps at any age! Burn calories while improving your physical and mental health! Kick up your heels and have lots of FUN with your friends! There will be a recital at the end of the session.
