Tai Chi

In this session, Pat Russell, Tai Chi Instructor will briefly discuss the history of the Tai Chi exercise as we learn a fitness-approach to the age-old Yang Short Form.  You will learn to feel invigorated, energized, and balanced from this natural, choreographed flow of wellness.  The powerful Yang Short 24 motions will involve your senses as you focus on your breath and energy flow.

Tai Chi is one of the oldest forms of exercise on the planet.  In fact, some written traditions of Tai Chi date back to over 8,000 years ago.
