During a scheduled one-on-one paid appointment, your personal trainer creates an individualized workout plan. Personal training is an effective way to become consistent with a custom designed exercise program. Our trainers have the capability to deal with special populations and conditions. You will receive a Free Fitness Assessment before starting. All trainers are certified or degreed. Each session is one hour in length. Pilates Personal Training
Need extra accountability and flexibility? Pilates Personal Training Program is an effective way to become consistent with our custom core exercise program. Pilates is designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone all muscle groups. Sessions are performed on a Pilates Reformer and may also include floor exercises, stability balls, BOSU, gliding disks, bands, weights and small exercise balls. All trainers are certified or degreed. Each session is one hour in length.
