Need extra accountability and flexibility? Pilates Personal Training Program is an effective way to become consistent with our custom core exercise program. Pilates is designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone all muscle groups. Sessions may include floor exercises, stability balls, BOSU, gliding disks, bands, weights and small exercise balls. All trainers are certified or degreed. Each session is one hour in length.
