Silver Sneakers® l Muscular Strength & Range of Movement
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
SilverSneakers® ll Cardio Circuit
Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.
Fit For Life
For beginners or seniors. This is our third level of Active Older Adults classes. Focuses on cardiovascular endurance. Strength training is incorporated through out the class. A chair is used for support only.
YogaStretch®
Designed to physically and mentally engage your members with a variety of safe and fun yoga postures and breathing exercises. Using a chair for support, participants work at their own pace to build flexibility and endurance while learning to relax and think more clearly.
