The C.I.T program is designed to teach teens leadership’s skills in order to excel in their future endeavors. Your C.I.T. will be paired with a Veteran YMCA counselor who will be their ‘Mentor” for the duration of the summer. The C.I.T Program is available for “teenagers” entering 6th grade. C.I.T’s must apply at the Northwest YMCA and submit a letter of recommendation. There will also be a C.I.T training session for the potential C.I.T’s. All C.I.T’s accepted into the program will be contacted directly prior to the training date. The C.I.T. Program is a paid program.
