Home School PE
Attention Home School Parents! This PE class is designed to help your kids improve fitness and motor skills. School-age children will get a structured based class through individual and group activities. Kids and parents will have the opportunity to interact with other Home School families. Homework assignments will be given each week.

Moms and Tots
Are you looking for something fun and affordable to do with your child???
· Spend quality time with your child
· Expand gross motor skills
· Build friendships with other moms and tots
· Development activities include obstacle courses, parachute, ball play, songs, music, and games that improve balance, rhythm, social skills and overall fitness.
· Classes are 30 minutes long

Youth Fit
Required for ages 10-14 to exercise on the wellness floor and/or weight room. Educates youth on how to safely use the cardio equipment in our Wellness Center, in addition to teaching proper fitness etiquette. Youth that successfully complete this program are granted permission to utilize the cardio equipment in the Wellness Center. Teens that successfully complete the program are granted permission to utilize the cardio and most weight equipment.
*Parents are required to attend the first 10 minutes of the initial class.
*Youth between the ages of 10-12 must be within an arm’s reach of parent while working out and are only allowed on cardio equipment.
*Youth between the ages of 13-14 must have a parent present in the building while working out.

GoGirlGo!
GoGirlGo! is a girl’s youth program in which we train to run a 5k. We also have daily lessons where we go over body image, drugs and alcohol, nutrition, and self esteem. In this 8 week session we learn cardio and strength training as well as working on our core values of honesty, respect, caring and responsibility.
By using champion athletes as a source of inspiration, girls of all ability can feel confident about their mind body and spirit. Girls learn how to achieve the stamina and endurance through running that can be applied to their everyday trials and tribulations.
Each participant will receive a GoGirls! Guide to Life, a GoGirls! Scrapbook, a one year membership in the Women’s Sports Foundation, and a t-shirt!
