YMCA Fitness Boot Camp

A  high intensity, muscular strength and cardiovascular training program delivering RESULTS.  

Challenge your body and mind. We train ten components of optimal physical fitness:  

 Endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. 

 All fitness levels welcome. 


Tuesday/Thursday  5:15am-6:15am 

Tuesday/Thursday 7:00pm-8:00pm 

Saturday  7:00am-8:00am
