Coach Pennington has over 20 years experience in the sport of Gymnastics and wants to help children discover what they can do and help them reach their highest potential.
Karate
Join instructor Morgan Ross to learn the ancient art of Karate. Karate places emphasis on self development, attitude and leadership skills. Karate practice helps develops leg strength, correct posture, and gracefulness. Vigorous arm movements enhance cardiovascular fitness and upper body strength.
