From traditional aerobic classes to Zumba, the YMCA offers a variety of classes to engage those who want to get their work out in a social, group format. Classes are listed below. Not all classes are available at all locations.

Y Basic Cardio
For the beginner or anyone wanting a low intensity class. Y Basic Cardio moves utilizing low impact and/or step, weights and stretching.
Y STEP
A cardio workout for all levels, utilizing a variety of STEP aerobics moves using STEP Reebok bench and motivating music.
Total Body
Cardio, muscle conditioning, and stretching all in one class! High intensity, low impact movements are performed on and off a step. Class utilizes a step, handheld weights and balls.
