Wellness Orientations
We encourage all of our members to take advantage of a complimentary consultation with a Wellness Coach to determine which program will fit your indvidual needs. Stop by our member services desk to schedule your appointment.
FitStart
A complimentary twelve week program designed for individuals who are new to exercise or individuals who have not exercised in several years. You will meet with a Wellness Coach four times thoughout a twelve week period. Each meeting will have different focus. Meeting one will focus on establishing a strong cardiovascular fitness base. During meeting two, individuals will be introduced to a limited number of strength training machines. Wellness Coaches will teach you the proper form and technique for each machine. Meeting three will incorporate additional strength training components. Your individual Wellness Coach will evaluate your progress during meeting four. At that time, your coach will adjust your program to meet your needs. MobileFit may be introduced at any time during this twelve week period. MobileFit
MobileFit is a wellness system that provides adaptive workout plans based on member activity. Once you have made an appointment with a Wellness Coach, register at the kiosk, complete a wellness questionnaire the system prescribes a wellness plan based on your individual goals and trainer recommendations. The workouts adapt and change as you provide feedback on workouts completed. You can log your progress through the kiosk or online.
