Silver Sneakers l
This class is especially for our senior population! Exercises include work for all major and minor muscle groups addressing strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, balance, coordination, agility, speed and power. A chair is provided if needed.
SilverSneakers ll
An advanced group exercise class designed for SilverSneakers students who have expressed a desire for more cardiovascular and muscular endurance conditioning and have experience with exercise activities requiring advanced levels of agility, balance and coordination.
Fit For Life
For beginners, seniors, or disabled members. Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and skills for daily living. Hand weights, bands, balls, and a chair for seated/standing support are used.
