POT LUCK: We have potluck luncheon the last Friday of every month. The theme will vary from pot luck to pot luck. Occasionally we will have a guest speaker or games during the luncheon. Participants are asked to bring a coveredd ish, that follow the theme, as well as deserts. You will enjoy the food and socialization with fellow active older adults. Potlucks are held after the last Silver Sneaker class ( around 11:45 am)
BOOK EXCHANGE: In our Group Exercise room, we have a shelf that everyone can exchange books.
